Welcome to Shop Seyvn VII. By accessing or using www.shopseyvn.ca, creating an account, subscribing to emails, or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Definitions
- “We,” “us,” “our” — Shop Seyvn.

- “Products” — goods offered for sale on the Site.

- All orders are subject to availability.
- Please read product descriptions and any other notes regarding products carefully
- Payment must be made at time of purchase via the available payment methods on the Site.
- Prices displayed are in CAD unless noted otherwise and exclude shipping and taxes where applicable.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates. Risk of loss packages and damage to Products
- We are not liable (held responsible) for what happens to a package once it is dropped off at postal office
7. No Refunds / No Exchanges / No Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be decided in courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
